Tropical smile of lantana


This flower is called lantana which is in bloom from spring to autumn in Japan. As this plant originally comes from tropical regions of the Americas, it shows a summer smile in the autumn.

南国の微笑み

このランタナ（乱多奈）という木は中南米原産といこともあり、秋になっても夏らしい笑顔を見せてくれる。

    ランタナ、我家にも有りますが未だにはな咲いてますよ・・
    特別手をかけるでもないのに、非常に丈夫でたまにチョウもやって来る
    頼もしい庭木です！
