Merry cherry blossoms

We are in the time of cherry blossoms but not as cheerful as usual due to triple disasters - earthquake, tsunami and Fukushima nuclear crisis. Worse, we are facing one more disaster of political incompetence.

And whatever happens on this planet, however much of a mess we humans make, so long as the cherry blossoms bloom each spring we have hope.

Dear Masa,

yes these are all quite terrible events. I feel with you in Japan. Nature is powerful, more powerful than humans. But he people have great power to destroy everything, and this is the biggest disaster of all ...

Cherry blossom is tender and delicate, fragile and yet so full of hope that they will bear fruit ...

A very schönese photo, thanks!

Many dear greetings from Switzerland
