Yes...seven months! I really wanted to reply to Masa here- no Masa I was not bored. I am not one to sit being bored. My mind is constantly thinking and analyzing. I am a writer and have a writers heart...so every opportunity is an opportunity to open my ears, heart and mind to the possibility of taking an experience and shaping it into written form for some purpose. Bored, no-listening to the Obosan painted pictures in my mind of times past...of ancient times ...forests of cedar and bamboo...wood smoke and the sound of water hitting bamboo...of wooden geta clacking down cobbled streets and the soft swoosh of soji screens being opened...listening to Obosan was like someone painting a picture in my mind that ebbed and flowed and changed ....scenes of a misty past and things I didn't quite understand.... 朝晩はかなり涼しくなってきましたが・・
日中はまだ25度越えですから、チョット動けば汗ばむぐらいに・・
ニャンコにとってはちょうど快適なのかも・・
