This is a picture of an ume blossom with many buds of the tree. Ume blossoms start to bloom amid the cold of winter, making us feel that spring is coming.
春の気配
こちらは大阪城公園にある寒紅という梅の花。早咲きの紅梅だが例年にない寒さで開花は随分と遅れているよう。梅は寒い冬のさなかに春を感じさせてくれる花である。

Elegant plans. I guess that leads to those esthetics "old style" paintings we can find from Japan. France doesn't have any flower blossoming and we're still waitng for the sign of spring.
