I'm a dabbling photographer strolling around Osaka and Kyoto with a sense of haiku.
This blog is focusing mostly on Osaka. There's a sibling 'Kyoto Photo Stroll'.

Queen of Sweden
I cannot say I love roses very much because I don't like their dark green leaves and weak stalks. But I have to admit it is hard to resist the beauty of the colour of roses.
Queen of Sweden

Celestial objects
When I spotted these objects on the water of the moat of Osaka castle, I thought they looked like planets in the universe. Perhaps I was affected by the recent event of the annular solar eclipse.

Two sages in Japan
The fool are working
The wise are sleeping
In the spring time

Standing in the twilight
This bare tree looked as if it were an old actor on the last stage who was recollecting his life under the dim light.

The light on the flower
This is a picture of a rare cherry blossom called Homyoji, which looks elegant with the utmost delicacy.

Police officer and cherry blossoms
Despite being an obstacle for the visitors to take pictures of the cherry blossoms, this guy was stationed just by the cherry tree to guard the cherry garden of Osaka Mint.
